Help ID 1983 Dubplate - "Have Mercy? Barry Brown?

I think it is Barry Brown and might be called "Have Mercy". Does anyone know if this tune was ever released on vinyl? If so, what was the title and is it definitely Barry Brown?

Thanks Kalcidis. Nice condition too. It was an Emperor Faith plate from shortly before the sound stopped playing out in 1984. This tune was a bonus I didn't know was on there. I got it for the main track "Gambling" by Sugar Minott.
