As Kalcidis says, must be a mistake. It sounds like exactly the same dub cut as Infra Red Dub on this album:

You could buy both the above dub album and the one with the vocal cut on it, copy the two tracks and get your own vinyl plate cut for a third of that price. Bizarre.
