Hi, I'd appreciate even just an artist ID on this, been searching a long time. I remember this artist from doing a sound system back in the 80's. Pretty famous then I reckon. All I have now it this little excerpt from a dub version, but I'm sure someone will recognize the voice, if not the song. (I believe excerpts are legal for review purposes, this is only about 10 seconds.)
