Hi friends...
Maybe you watch it already, but I was really glad to see a live cut of JAVA. I could never see him and regret...

Here with Soul Syndicates, 1986 in Japan

Santa really hits those drums at the start. Fully's got that bass line down. And Tony Chin adds the sweet guitar. A perfect song. Thanks for posting that Lit.

Yeah, wicked drum start...

and makes me think again and again... how is it possible that Pablo adopt the dancehall drumbeat... because his Far East Style is too far from that and so linked with the One Drop reggae!!Think he had to follow his time...

I feel like a clash with his productions: at the TOP in 1979 "Humble Yourself -Asher and Trimble"!! Thats is still a wicked one drop...
and crash with early eighties and especially digital era...

His so special nostalgic touch of melodica and xylophon dont stick with that sound...

Still good things in the 80's like Struggle in Sowetto or Icho Candy - Babylon... but feel like a wicked One Drop either than a so flat dancehall drum beat woud make it even stronger...

And with surprise, few rockers by the owner of the so called label!! Delroy Williams - Think Twice and a few...

Respect to the great
