Dipping a toe in the water very tentatively here... there was Fattie Bum Bum by Carl Malcolm, and Fattie Boom by Ranking Dread, and Sweet Sugar Plum by the Wailing Souls, that's all I can think of...

It's neither of these. It's a direct cover of the Soca version by Lord Kitchener if that gives more information.
