Prisoner in the Street----Film Third World

Has anyone run across a copy of `Prisoner in the Street,` the film distributed by Island Records in 1980?

I`ve noticed it was recently reissued on CD but wondering about a DVD release.

BTW the recent Countryman DVD release by Palm, is pretty poor (a very dark transfer which disrupts the films climax on the beach).Might as well pick up the original on VHS.
