I have a question for the old-timers on this board.
The Gladiators have a song on their Studio One Singles comp called "Don't Fool the Young Girls". As far as I can tell, this track was never issued by Studio One.
It appears that it was supposed to be on the flipside of Al Walker's "Chick Chick" 12" and the title appears on the label but the label is misleading. When the needle drops, it turns out to be an instrumental on the "Pressure and Slide" riddim. What gives? Does anybody know if Studio One ever released this Gladiator's track as an actual single?

After a little research, I guess I answered my own question. I suppose the stampers were mixed up because according to Never Grow Old, the Studio One discography, Ruben Alexander's "Pressure Rock" is labeled as the flip to Eddie Constanstine's "Tenement Yard" 12"...but it's actually..."Don't Fool the Young Girls" by The Gladiators from 1986.
Shoot and it's going for a pretty penny on the auction sites!
