Two tunes i am trying to i.d but i don't think either appear on l.p's?would say definitely 70's tunes, Both use the similar lyrics

these are the sounds of the ethiopians,
songs for I and every blackman.

been through all sorts of discology etc
got some ruff copies on tape but still hunting them out,if i find i'll put a link up here and hopefully that might help?

could it be the track - Ethiopians, was on V/A lp called "Jah Life Smashing Superstars(Channel One)" maybe thats one of them, i checked through all the albums i got of his and could only find one other track with ethiopians in the title and its not the one, wicked tune tho. He's done so much stuff, it's hard to keep track of his releases, i must have about 20+ albums by him!

I find with leroy smart that u will only find the odd good song on his albums, same as with alot of reggae artists i suppose, the best album i can reccomend is by far Mr.Smart in Dub, i think most of his best stuff came out on 7"s and not on his albums, not the albums i have anyway!

do you know if it got re-issue on cd?
got a feeling this is one of the tunes deah
never seen it on7" and not to many people know these tune's, I've only heard them on mannaseh sound many years back.But i think if you heard them you would recognise. when i find the tape clips i'll pass them on for your reffernce!
