question about dub it

was these dubs mixed in 1983,or did they make the dubs specially for the release?

different reviews I've read give different stories,I'm guessing they were done in 83 since the sound quality is sometimes not great

i know that, that's not what i was asking, I mean if the dub versions where made when the album was recorded or in 2004 especially for the cd, since that was the first release of them and some reviews have hinted at that
