Sounds interesting... I will wait for Ernie B to stock it. In the meantime, any reviews would be welcome!

This is very good. I bought it with a feeling I might be disappointed and Graduation In Zion be the only good song, but it's not so, far from that.
The first three tracks were produced at the Black Ark in its golden days and you can hear it. You have a nice extended version of Fire Burn and Salvation is killer, imo.
Plus, this comes with a nice booklet with complete personnel and recording for each track plus Kiddus I introducing himself and the songs.
Definitely worth buying.
(And, as a side note, get the Wareika Hill Sounds from Honest Jon's at the same time, amazing album!)

Re: Kiddus I collection finally out....
I am very impressed. The quality of this release is second to none. Dub store have really done a nice job on this. I got my copy direct from Dubstore at www.reggaerecord.com It worked out at about GBP 17 all in. I ordered it last Thursday and and its just arrived (Tuesday), really well packaged and arrived by courier! To my knowledge there are only limited numbers of this available at the moment and I don't think you will get this from Ernie. And unless you are buying bulk Ernie's postage is far too expensive even with the current x-rate to the uk. I haven't had chance to listen in full, but my initial impression of the sound quality is that it is very good. Totally agree with Alhazred. I bought this LP because Kiddus-I holds a place special in my heart but I wasn't expecting anything special. My expectations have been exceeded in every respect and this is classic roots given the re-issue treatment it so richly deserves. I will definatley buy more releases on this label now. Recommended. Bless up(tu)

King G,
Just curious why you don't think that Ernie B will carry this item? Hopefully this is not the case. Keep in mind that Ernie B has very reasonable shipping rates for those of us who live in the USA. (especially if you select Media Mail)
Thanks for your review,

Ites Ranking, appreciate your words. It just gets a bit pricey to the uk sometimes from Ernie as its a minimum of 30 USD even for 1 item, thats not to say he doesn't offer a great service. The Reason I said I didn't think he might carry the record is because I don't think he has ever carried anything on the label, but I could be wrong. But I tell you the service from the Japanese site is on level par with Ernie, but the shoe is on the other foot and you will probably get stung on the postage!
