DUB LP's with Sound Fx
I mentioned king tubbys dubside on" Rasta Ambition" in the sensi post, and i must say im not sure if i would like it as much without the strange little sound fx every now and then. i believe jah shaka's "first commandments of dub" also is filled with weird fx sounds. anyone know of any other LPs with sounds up this alley?

Leggo Dub.
It's got:
Babies crying, toilet flushing, dog barking, telephone ringing, gunshots (or fireworks?) and more.
Cool!

Raiders of the Lost Dub

Check out "Sir Coxsone Sound- King of the Dub Rock Part 2"
I had it on LP which had great Sound FX.
I recently got it on CD along with Part 1 and all of them had been left out.
Which was a pity as I don't have the LP anymore.

You are right Backyard Movements. African Anthem is a WILD dub LP. I love it.
Especially the sampled lines:
"Is that a turntable? Well get on it, it's your turn!"
"You're a disk jockey? What's Dat?"
(All said in your best Chicago Gangster accent)
I presume this is Dirk Bogarde talking on some film. I'd love to know which.

Not dub, but Heart of the Congos has some great Perry SFX on it. Love that cow - which on all accounts he actually took into his tiny studio!
