Please help me identify this tune

Does anyone know the artist and/or the song title? I think it's based on the riddim in Jackie Bernard's "Jah Jah Way" and it sounds like it's from the early 70s.

Don't know that great tune but to me the voice sounds very much like Jackie Bernard... Maybe you should search under Kingstonians, or Jackie Kingstonian

I listened to a bunch of Kingstonians tunes, and I don't hear too many similarities, although I came across another good tune called "Hold Down". And Jackie Bernard's voice seems to be a little more baritone than the one in my unknown song, but that could be due the quality of the recording.

Can you distinguish the opening lyrics:

You're only a bird style[?]
And you can't whine

I thought this might give a clue to the name of the song.
