Cornell Campbell - What's Happening To Me on Joe Gibbs (JGML 6055)

Anyone else have this on vinyl?

I am listening to it for the first time and just had a bit of a surprise.

AT the end of the second track second side (Queen Majesty) the music suddenly speeds up, just for a second, in a sort of tape rewinding effect. It sounds similar to the effect used on purpose on some dub tracks - but I am sure this ain't meant to be on there!

Then, at the start of the next track, The Minstreal, the music fades for a moment as if someone has just leaned on the volume slider in the booth.

Very odd, but very Jamaican!

Anyone else have this behaviour on their copy?

I know that problem Lion... In fact, that prompts me to make another post about how to file LPs.
