i think its regular, everyone nowadays have a friend somewhere to bid quick, and vinyl sellers have to be smart nowdays...haha, thers no way you can keep eBay straight.

this is strictlyroots619. everytime I bid i pay. I am not a fake bidder. I don't bid to bump up prices. i am not a bid swipper and I don't have time to be by the computer when every record I want ends. So I bid when i can, and if that means its with 1 day left then so be it. ebay is 1 big vinyl game. Toteagun if you can't handle the prices then don't bid.

I do the same thing, I usually enter my maximum bid a few hours to a day in advance, if I don't have the time to sit and look at the computer till the auction ends.

the only people that are dumb are the ones spending the time to watch an auction and not winning it.

Bredas, me too dont like to spend my time waiting for auctions... but better is to use a sniper that will bid for you at the last minute.


About fake bidders, look at this guy... buying exclusively from 3 of the most expensive reggae sellers on ebay... accept to pay stupid prices for usually cheap chunes... Was reported on another forum already..

Smell fishy... very strange...

And to answer you DonDigital, NO, I dont think its *regular* to have friends fake bidders, and I personnally haven't asked anybody to bid on my items to increase them and dont plan to do it.

Some people have wayy to much money! fishy indeed, dont see what difference it makes how people bid, if its easier for them to bid a day before then thats cool for them, i do think its usually cheaper if you wait till last few mins but like people say.. You can be waiting around all your life to bid on something on ebay..

well the most time i was about to bid on something on ebay i always did find connections between the seller & the first bidder or some other bidders coming in with "0" comments located in the opposite of the country, and thats fishy like beenies lovelife.
