Need some help with a song

I just heard this song for the first time and i don't know who it is by. I can remeber a few lines but probly not enough to help you out,sorry. The part in the begining sounds like "Hiest ?????in babylon" and "I didn't do no wrong". Again, that's probly too few lyrics but it's all i can remeber. If you can just shout out some names i can look for myself if your not sure. Thanks alot.
