Anyone ever been on a cruise to the carribean? JA, Virgin Islands etc. What was your experience? was it worthit? Advice?

I'm in shame.I live in the caribbean and had never take a cruise to hop between islands.My coworkers had cruise and you had like 3 hours or more in every island, if you want to go around, because you can stay in the ship also.They have tell that there is a lot of rastas in the islands.
