This documentary revolves around the Dutch reggae backing band **Poor Man Friend**. Souljah Bennie interviews several members of the band in the tradition of an original reasoning. 30 minutes full of Rastafari message and two songs performed live including the new 'CoffeeshopMan'. The essence of reggae... more than just a music genre... no religion... this is the life! This production consists of a photo-collage mixed with Jacob Miller's "King Tubby Meets Rockers Uptown", Ken Boothe's "Black, Gold & Green" and snippets from a onversation between Rasta's in the hill from Sunsplash II.

This competition is open for filmmakers all over the world, with a deadline every month. After this deadline, the films which has been sent in, are posted on the site. After this, viewers and board of the competition selects 3 short films to be judged by a jury. 1 short will be appointed as the winner of the month. At the end of the competition (January 2008), all the month-winners will be shown at the IFFR Rotterdam Film Festival. From all the month-winners, one winner will be appointed.
