Post by dreadcalkandi »

Searching for info about Zimbabwe dread on net in 2002,google directed me to this place where i settled till now.The site is useful to me in every respect.

Benefits:

I have met 'my all time friend'on this site and never regret.

It makes Roots hunting so easy for me due its 90%+ completeness in info content.

And simply my Home Page.

Love

When the site didn't exist yet ? You must be confusing the years :). Unless you knew buss-upsetter.com ?

Had my first computer in september 2003 and have known roots-archives few months after that. Simply the most useful site I've ever known, no kidding :)

I find RA a great source of information. If it wasn't for you guys and your contributions, I would have missed out on some fantastic releases.

found the site looking for info on roots artists, found through yahoo. found it about a year ago, this is the best website on the web in my opinion, and yes it has made record hunting a breeze.

I found about this site from a girl in college who knew nothing about reggae but since she was a member at a Rock forum, people were raving about Sly dunbars drumming skills. His largest discography was on this site and that's how she passed the site to me

I can recall asking the local reggae shop seller for the list of songs and artist on the "Scientist Wins Wolrd Cup" album. He told me about RA and said to ask you guys in a forum for help. This site has helped me alot so has all those reggae disussions that pop up everyday, I know more about this music industry and many other stuff.

Greetings rasta

I remember searching the web for reggae forums so i could ask a question on a paticular song,i found RA registered imediately, and since then i never turned back.

This place has tought me alot about Jah music, plus whenever im thinking of getting a certain album i ask here for reviews which are always a help.

RA is the best and to be honest my favorite website on the net.

Respect and guidance,

Rasta

Got here via a random Google search.

Best thing about the site is getting recommendations from other fans.
