I think the best one today is Fundé. African reggae in french like Tiken Jah Fakoly is not bad too.
For older albums check Gunsmoke and I forgot the name of the 2 or 3 other artists/Lps from the late seventies but I don't find it crazy anyway.
otherwise check my band below but it's not sung in french...

there are not too many albums from 70/80 who was sung in french
if you are french look at this site & read the roots of french reggae
there are still some groups i havent heard anything (savane for example)
there are many great bands from "la reunion" their songs are in creole very nice bands look at them :

Gunsmoke, Az Yaya & Think and Apartheid Not don't sing in french. Actually, I don't know french sung reggae from back in the days a part from Serge Gainsbourg.

Thanks all, and no I'm not french myself collieman, but I think french is a nice language, and I just wanted to check out some reggae. 
But I don't mean particularly french reggae music from the 70-85 era, but nowadays reggae is welcome ofcourse.
And yes Benjamin, I was familiar with Tiken Jah Fakoly, he's is, indeed, not bad at all.
