Upload your mixtapes and self-made music to my new website
OK. I have a version of the mixtape site ready.
The graphics don't exist yet, but I want to get things up so those that are itching to upload their mixes can do so while we work on the 'pretty parts'.
Go to the link below and register and then follow instructions!
www.leggorockers.com/downloads
The really good part is that it is free.
So, all you frustrated podcasters, soundboys and artists, what are you waiting for?

Re: Upload your mixtapes and self-made music to my new website
Thanks guys, I've activated your accounts.
There are some things I still need to fiddle with, but I only got this loaded yesterday in between being VERY busy with my other new venture, the Spring Cafe. I haven't really explored the admin side properly yet. In fact, I haven't even registered my own account yet!
For some reason even with ENGLISH selected as the language I'm getting some messages in the system's native tongue, German!
So I am learning German, again...
Thanks to babel fish!
Now I am looking forward to hearing some of your mixes!

Despite the Mods, that's ALL the Mods, deleting this comment several times Oras keeps renewing it.daCENSOREDone wrote:No illegal content allowed

Funny how he hasn't done the same for the various podcasts listed on this forum.
However, since I have applied for, paid for and received my licence to distribute music from the MCP-PRS Alliance the above comment does not actually apply to my new website.
So no need to fret Oras, any discussion about my mixtape website does not therefore contravene any of the rules of this forum.

Re: Upload your mixtapes and self-made music to my new website
When i do a upload session your going to get the full production of my stepping razor sound system with sirens and bleeps not the straight track to rip off.
My sound is copywrite control and publishing laws.
Also technically it is impossible to copy it once youve downloaded it,it will sound distroted and will be unlistenable.
anti piracy divice.
The sound men know about the limits of sound the computers have and expoilt it to the fully.
One thing the computer cant do is it has a limited fequencey range and cant pick up the certain Hz Khz when i decide to use it.
So it is not just playing a record to be copied and ripped off.
The soundsystem operator can do funny things with sound.
peace

Re: Upload your mixtapes and self-made music to my new website
I would gladly host links to places where people can actually legally buy the tunes that get loaded onto the mix tape site.
I am certain that none of these artists are getting a penny of the licence fee I've just paid - it's all going to the wrong people - and that makes me angry.
