"Road Block"-Bob Marley
"Burnin' And Lootin'"-Wailers
These are a couple I remember reading were "Banned". However, Bob had a tough time getting any of his tunes played, hence the stories of DJ's being "pressured" by aquaintences of Bob to play TUFF GONG product.

I think Niney's "Blood & Fire" was also banned.

Then there were plenty of tunes, though not officially banned, that just weren't given airplay for whatever reason, but became huge hits through the Sound Systems.

Greetings,

Interesting subject, I think that John Holt-police in helicopter was also banned on radio,I remember hearing that a few years back.

I have a track called 'smokin rock' that was banned but I don't know who recorded it. I think it was an early 70's song.

I know Culture's "Two Sevens Clash" caused a MAJOR uproar, but I'm not sure it was banned.
