Can anyone give me some info on this artist and his album Color Barrier which appears on the makasound label.

This is an album very good and roots,appears skully on percussion and dj clint eastwood.

I looked for that album for years before they finally repressed it. If you like roots style reggae, buy it and listen to "Prayer of Peace", "What a Fire" and "Rulers Of Babylon"

Leroy sang for the Hippie Boys, which is the band that Carley and Aston Barrett played in before the Wailers, so you know the back-up's gonna be top notch. ;)

Seen this lp in the winner polls. Is it worth purchasing as I dont know much about this guy nor his music

I see its on makasound so I would assume it good

I just heard it once but didn't buy it. Yes it is roots and the riddims are really nice on a few songs but I was not fond of his voice. Something missing for me; but it is probably worth trying a second time.
