Im a bit confused about the cast of the "Rockers" movie...

The Rockers soundtrack includes Burning Spear's "Jah No Dead" straight out of the scene, but not this crucial tune from what, imo, is the best scene in the whole movie. I wonder why? Also, in the movie, is there a deejay showcase on The Maytones "Money Worries?" I haven't seen the movie in a couple of years so it could be my imagination, but if there is, who is it?
