there`s a Studio One version of the rhythm by the Gladiators ~ Mr Baldwin, it uses the same nursery rhyme (London Bridge) Bladhead Bridge Is Burning Down lyrics, and then there`s an instrumental version on Juks Inc 1 titled Skanners Inc featuring Jackie Mittoo rolling his fingers across the board.

'Skankers Incorporation' (on Studio 1's Juck's Incorporation Part 1) is like a blend of The Gladiators 'Mr Baldwin' mixed with Bob Andy or Gregory's 'Sun Shines For Me'.

You can find it on the Digital B LP called "Da real thing" (mainly classic riddims on this LP : Java, far east, fade away, queen majesty, rocking time ...)

here is a short sample :

Lyrics

Right 4000 years, yet no one cares
Now it's time for you to participate ey
So Solomon sacred yah, I love that creator ow
Yea hey ey

From Africa they take us away, yes I yes I
In the Western they slave us every day
They never listen to what we got to say
Sold us on their plantation only to be paid
They didn't have the people intrest at heart
Ready for repatriation so make the start
I know they linch and clinch my people in the dark
Now I'm the light of the world oh

[CHORUS:]
It's amazing how we never die
When the system what they set was just to slave I and I
It's amazing how we never die
It's amazing when they see the good we do to survive
It's amazing how we never die
Keep the fire blazing King Rastafari save we life
It's amazing how we never die, oh oh
Speak the truth and tell no lie, ey

They say in life there's no measure
While others at their place having pleasure
My children and my woman that's my liesure
Can't give away life that's my treasure
Fighting to keep us down they could never
I'm here to stay and that's forever
To live each day wise and clever,
conquering all my endeavours

[CHORUS:]
It's amazing how we never die
When the system what they set was just to slave I and I
It's amazing how we never die
It's amazing when they see the good we do to survive
It's amazing how we never die
Keep the fire blazing King Selassie I preserve we life
It's amazing how we never die
When the system what they save was just to slave I and I

Oh hmmm hmmm ah ahhh ay whoa oh oh
yea eh eh whoa whoa oh eh ey
Oh, the system and it's brochure
Hypocrites behind them closed door
Committing a felony on the poor
Got to stand for justice and I'm sure
What's the problem what's the faculty oh oh oh
The people make the ?multi? ey ey
Love is the key that take us through all our difficulty

[CHORUS:]
Yah it's amazing how we never die
When the system what they set was just to slave I and I
It's amazing how we never die
Whoa oh oh yea ey ey ah
It's amazing how we never die
When the system what they set was just to slave I and I
It's amazing how we never die
Keep the fire blazing Emperor Selassie I preserve yuh life

Ey from Africa they take us away, yes I yes I
In the Western they slave us every day
They never listen to what we got to say
Sold us to the plantation only to be paid
