Can anyone help, or am I suffering from some kind of memory lapse. I'm sure I had a Studio One 7" Pre of Turn Turn Turn by Marcia Griffiths. I was talking to someone about it the other day, because it amused me that the writer was credited as Donald Byrd rather than the Byrds (although they didn't write it either). Anyway, when i went to look for it I couldn't find it. As a result, my mate reckoned I imagined the whole thing.
Can anyone remember it

Re: Turn Turn Turn
Can't help you with the 7" Pre, but it's "officially" written and composed by Pete Seeger. Not sure how or why as it is Ecclesiastes 3, verses 1–8!
"Now I know the truth and must reveal it unto the youth."

Are you thinking about the Jennifer Lara-cut? She did "Turn, Turn, Turn" on a red/yellow label Studio One 7"...
