ordered stuff from here. Its got a good selection of old vinyl. There's a few tunes I'm thinking of getting, and wanted to know if anyone on here had used them before, and whether they were any good or not.

Re: Has anyone......
They are excellent. I have used them LOADS.
Very prompt, super packaging and of course, they are controlling the Wackies re-issues - perhaps the best quality re-issue program in reggae music bar none?
I also bought one of the Wackies T-shirts, which I wear with pride! Great quality clothing. Almost as good as the Roots Archives T-shirts, but not quite
Order in complete confidence.

PS I saw all the Wackies stuff on there. I'm tempted to spend a fortune, but will resist for the time being. with the delivery costs its best to order in bulk. I 've already got some Wayne Jarret and Horace Andy Wackies stuff and its top draw. That stuff had a completely unique sound.

No doubt about that Sean. Although not everything on Wackies comes up to the high standards set by Wayne Jarret and Horace Andy. The Sugar Minott LP on Wackies is crucial IMHO.

There's also some gems on 12 inch 45. The 'Birth of Reggae Music' 12 is an absolute killa:

The best part is that these represses really are up to the high technical standard set on most of the originals (but not all!) unlike so many modern represses that are often terrible recordings and poor pressings.
