Hi poorbeats.
I'm not able to help you with any kind of pdf or similar files.
I can only point out my web site centered on my comments on my Reggae CDs.
The site is www.yardie-reggae.com
There I have also a page with the list of my books about Reggae, Rastafari, and other issues.
I agree with jahganja7 when he suggests David Katz epic "Solid Foundation".
I would also suggest "THE ROUGH GUIDE TO REGGAE
THE DEFINITIVE GUIDE TO JAMAICAN MUSIC, FROM SKA THROUGH ROOTS TO RAGGA. by STEVE BARROW & PETER DALTON. ROUGH GUIDES LTD." and "BASS CULTURE. WHEN REGGAE WAS KING by LLOYD BRADLEY. PENGUIN BOOKS.
If you are interested you can also find in my web site some informations about History of Jamaica and its music, plus some pages about Rastafari and its seminal figures.

Hello Poorbeats
I think you be able to read a lot about Reggae from the many sites on the subject
" just follow the links "
I am sure many Roots Archivers can click and point you in the right direction.
Smokeyroom is a great site
and so is Tribute to Prince Far I
Lick it back Selecta!

Hi Jah Wise,
sorry if I go off topic, but when you talk about reggae quarterly magazines which one you refer to?
Since Riddim magazine (UK edition) ceased, I'm searching for some alternative.
Thanks for any suggestion.
