Who is "Lloyd" of Lloyd and Devon?

I'm assuming "Devon" is Devon Irons but who is Lloyd? The duo appears on several compilations (including Voodooism, Studio One Discomixes, and Trojan Reggae Duets Box Set) but I've never seen the full names printed.

Lloyd Robinson was a seriously underrated singer, very powerful voice. too bad most of his efforts were as part of a duo...lloyd & hopeton, lloyd & glen, lloyd & devon, etc etc. wish there were more solo efforts on the level with Cuss Cuss, Love Will Conquer, etc.

nice tune, too, Peace & Love. lloyd's voice is always easy to detect on any song he's a part of. very strong tenor.
