No partiality, no bigging up your own efforts: whose podcasts/net radio programs do you listen to and get irie vibes from?
For me, I really like 'House of Reggae' (http://houseofreggae.podomatic.com/) and 'On The Wire' (http://otwradio.blogspot.com/). With HoR, I just get the sense that Ian (the host) is a real, genuine enthusiast. No posturing, just great information and first-rate vinyl. OTW is a bit patchy, because it's never more than about 50% reggae/dub, but when Steve's on the mic and choosing the cuts, you really can't go wrong.
There are lots of other greats (Mick Sleeper's Upsetter and Bass Culture stuff, and BMD's charismatic podcasts) but the two above are the ones I make sure never to miss.
How about you?

The Disciples Broadcast Archive website with 96 different session of them playing tunes from the early 70`s to the early 90`s each at least an hour long and the keyboard when clicked gives sound effects, blips, sirens, etc. Boom Shaka Lacka.
No. 90 all 70`s roots, No. 89 all 70`s toasting and dub and so on.

I also love Ian's Podcast, and told him so the first one he produced... he does have a very nice collection of Jamaican music, and just you wait until he starts playing you his Metallica rarities!!
He's a Big Dylan fan and I dare say could put something together on that score too!
Seriously though... Ian is my very good friend and it's amazing to us both that our shows have eneded up as popular as they are...
