It's really hard to google in patois, and nothing comes up in standard english. I'd like to find these songs, but I don't know what they are!
I used to go to reggae clubs in the early 90's, and I'm looking for some popular (or maybe not so) from back then. I can't remember any names, just some of the lyrics:
1- It's a man and a woman 'arguing'
Starts like this:
M Jean(?) you know we have something to clear up
W Stan (?) Me know that's why me a gear up
M Wel if you know wa mek (what makes) you never here so then?
W Me never did a know it would a cause such a problem
M What about the man that you have up at Jacksil (?)
W That a mi brother and a him make we quarrel

[that's all I can remember]
