What reggae fest should i go to?

This summer I want to go to a reggae festival. I did not know how many there were, so I do not know which one to pick from. a few things that I will say will sway my decision are cheaper tickets, bigger artists, Ganja (easy to get). I was originally looking in Holland for one but there seems to be some good ones in Germany. Hopefully peope on here wil have good feed back. I look forward to seeing your posts.
