Help with a song I.D...

ok friends, need help here finding the artist to this song. i think it might be called Burnin Spliff, not sure. its definately a band, sounds late 70s-early 80s style maybe....

starts off with female back up singer "burnin, burnin, burnin"...

then the singer starts...
