From memory i am at work at the moment but i will double check when at home but ,Errol Walker-Vocals/Bass/Guitar, Barry Bailey-Trombone and of course Fil Calender-Vocals/Guitar.

The In Crowd were a self-contained band (including singers). Same as bands like Inner Circle, Third World or even Bob Marley & The Wailers. And like those bands, the band menbers changed all the time.
Some of the greatest Jamaican musicians ever were in the band, some of them became famous later (like Clevie)

This album was recorded around 76 to 78. At that time the band included:

Fil Callender - lead vocals, guitar, main composer (and a great drummer too)
Tony Lewis - Bass
Clevie Browne - Drums
Raymond Fidler(Guitar)
Wigmore Francis (guitar)
Tony “Jamaka” Johnson (keyboards)
Errol Walker - Lead vocals
Barry Bailey - Trombone
Lew Chang (sax)
Egbert “Eggie” Evans (sax , flute)
Leighton Johnson(Trumpet)

Also some previous members played on some tracks of that album:
