uk 12" by sky juice with hugh mundell?

a friend recently played me a 12" from about 1982 by a uk band called skyjuice the track is a hugh mundell tune, lets all unite i think and the vocalist is credited simply as 'hugh' the picture shows a young man with glasses but with short hair, photographed somewhere in wales maybe? it does sort of sound like hugh mundell but then again it doesn't always throughout the song.
can anybody shed any light on this one. i can't find any reference to it anywhere.
