Hi Im new to this forum, Ive been a long term ska, rocksteady and reggae fan for years so it was nice to stumble on this forum.
I wonder if any of you can help me ive been lookignt o identify this trumpet line that was used on a KLF record back in 1990 and Ive never been able to find it, I wonder if any of you can I.d it for me, the CD simply says that the trumpet line comes courtesy of King Tubby, Ive listened to 100s of Tubby dubs in the hope of finding the original source material but so far havent, so can anyone end this 20 year old mystery for me?.
Click on the you tube link, the trumpet line appears at 1min and 37 secs, it is repeated several times during the song, Id love it if you could help.
