Wailing Souls Firehouse Rock (without horns)

I heard a version of this tune (vocals and all) on a soundsystem tape with NO horns.
i was amazed by this version and liked it better than the version we all know.
was this the original JA version? or are there 2 different mixes out there?
i need a copy of this if anyone knows how to get it on vinyl.

The latter Dub part of the 12inch Jamaican release on Jah Guidance - Wailing Souls - Water House Rock is virtually horns free, not quite but almost. Lasts about 3 minutes. Perhaps this is what you heard?
