An absolutely killer track, apparently a very rare record too. Does anyone have this and/or can shed some light on its details?

It was arranged by Jah Lloyd and produced by Warwick Lyn, sounds like it could be Channel One but definitely not a generic Revolutionaries riddim. Warwick Lyn of course is best known for his work with the Maytals and is usually associated with Dynamics. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

my brother has it and i also use to have a copy of that 12"
both copies had the same kinda background noise on the same place of the record... that really bugged me
i wonder if your copies are like that?

so i traded my copy but i still have it on a pretty clean 7" same lable
