Need help identifying a reggea tune (70s?)

I'm looking for a song and its dub version which has lyrics similar to a stevie wonder song, not sure which is the original and which is the cover. the lyrics are:

"do yourself a favor, educate your mind
get yourself together, we ain't got much time"

Forgot to mention that the song appears on Presenting The Morwells, (Morwell Esq, 1975) and another version appears on The Best Of The Morwells, (Nighthawk, 1981). The latter album has a dub version, called Education Dub, on it.
