Favorite Re-Issue Labels and Releases?

Post by Marky Dread »

greetings, RA Massive!!

since RA has not done the year-end poll in a while, i'm just curious about what labels you think have done a great job in keeping the good stuff in print, and have been re-issuing quality goods! be as specific as you like, i'm on the hunt for more roots greatness!

i just got a load of Tamoki-Wambesi CD's that have me jammin, so they get my vote (for now!)...

bless

The problem I have with Tamoki Wambesi is that CD's I have bought from them often have had different mixes and tracks than the original releases they try to pass them off as.

Album wise I think there hasn't been too many fantastic reissues. But companies that have done brilliant work reissuing singles and discos lately are;

Archive Recordings
DigiKiller Records
Dug Out
Observer Records
Virgo
