Divinity of HAILE SELASSIE I

My question is very simple, does all the rastas belive in the divinity of Haile Selassie I?
Exists rastas that dont belive in the divinity of H.I.M and only admire him as a humble and wise man?

i tried to search this on google but i didnt get a good answer about this, thats why i ask here,maybe you can help
