The first thing that came to mind is the Big Youth compilation "Ride Like Lightning - The Best of Big Youth 1972-1976", Trojan 2002. I can't find an entry for it in the archives though.
I think the bike is a Honda 305. Looks like the one I used to have anyway. Nice wheelie he's popping too.
I bought the comp because all the tracks from Natty Cultural Dread are on it. My vinyl of that went missing long ago.
