Among the great amout of shows I've seen, theses ones are the ones I'll never forget:
Mighty Diamonds
Abbyssinians
Burning Spear
Yabby You
Misty in Roots & Midnite
Horace Andy
Max Romeo
Twinkle Brothers
Viceroys & Clinton Fearon
LKJ
The Congos
Michael Prophet
And many more ...
And very recently I had the chance to see Dub Syndicate with Style Scott, Lloyd Parkes and Vincent Black, very very good show.

Re: reggae artists live
plenny of them, I can't count, more than 30.
the best live reggae I've ever seen?
No hesitation: Midnite. The deepest sound ever heard on stage, the highest feeling ever felt in a live. The engineer told me they just arrived on stage without ANY balance, sound settings. They came, plugged the 3 instruments, and God, ...
Also great meditations during The Congos, the Twinkle Brothers and, and strong everlasting sound with the man Winston Rodney. Excellent Mighty Diamonds last year too with Horn section (it makes the difference compared to keyboards)
Biggest disappointments: Israel vibration, IJahMan, the Wailers (awful !!!!)
Bless

Hi Roddy
Apologies for the delay in responding I have only just seen your post.
Awesome gig, but, unfortunately, I have no idea whether it was recorded or not.
I don't know if this helps, but the promoters (according to the ticket stub) were "Tenacity Enterprises Ltd."

Re: reggae artists live
Israel Vibration, Sanchez, Michael Rose with Sly & Robbie, Beres Hammond, Postmen (dutch reggae/hiphop hybrid), are a few I can think of right now.

In recent years (as I go back a bit!), the Mighty Diamonds, Frankie Paul (twice), Big Youth, Horace Andy (twice, superb), Max Romeo, U-Roy (twice, brilliant), Little Roy, Prince Buster (outstanding, and he's coming back to Edinburgh in May!!)...and probably some others I've forgotten.

Hi Mark Ke
Yes, they were great when I saw them, they can really put on a show.
