They do the same with drink as well Sean.
I have long been a very light or usually zero drinker of alchohol, and rarely smoke collie anymore. But I still party like a wildman, even though I dead straight. And people nod and wink saying "that's some wikkid stuff you're on man"
Yeah! It's called the love of life, and it costs nothing.
I've also used Bach flower remedies Sean, but generally I stick to plain old herbs and my well loved and well thumbed copy of Culpeppers Herbal. It always amuses me (and at the same time vexes me) when he says "this herb is so well known that it needs no description" about a plant that few of us nowadays would have ever seen, let alone recognise.
Such a shame that the Babylon Pharma-bizzness has hoodwinked entire generations in their wicked persuit of money.

Re: SCIENTIST-High Priest of Dub
Maybe to disguise the LP and present it as something new? I dunno.
It's like when you see 'digitally remastered' on a CD. I always groan when I see that. Leave it alone. Present it how the artist first presented it.
Although i guess if the artist has done the remastering, then it must be accepted as more of his/her work.
Of course, all too many times the artist didn't even have a rightful choice on the mixing, mastering, remastering, track order, album content. The money men often took that role.

Producers and Label owners put names on the sleeves what sales and what is in fashion.
Mix and remix is standaard for reggae.
Producers leave there tapes behind and engineers mix them in there own fashion.
For dubplates/7" versions/ 12" version/album versions etc.
Sometimes more than two engineers mixing the tracks.
That is what I&I call versions.

Re: SCIENTIST-High Priest of Dub
Are you sure that the link that Javier gave is really Scientist's "High Priest Of Dub"?
I recognize only two songs from the album that I have. Also, try to compare these mp3 tracks duration with duration on vinyl label and you will see that tracklist didn't match at all.
P.S. Sorry for my bad English
