There are sooo many others, but mostly overlooked. Prezident Brown, a conscious singjay has released bunch of impressive 45s (and his LP To Jah Only is well worth of picking). Some singers in Luciano's vein also excell, most notably Bushman (check out his latest album Get It In Your Mind), Natty King and Prince Theo released some fine music as well. Whole camp of singers who sound like great late Garnett Silk-Ras Shiloh (From Rasta To You is a must have), same for Jahmali's El Shaddai and what about Mark Wonder or Alpha Rowen? And of course bobo market. Youth called Perfect is indeed perfect, Fantan Mojah's debut album was just amazing (It's hard to think of any better debut in whole history of this music), Jah Mason's got something to offer and Capleton is a pure fire, when he goes roots.
Unfortunately, some of the most honoured artist (or those who you would call 'new classics') are not that good-namely Jah Cure, Richie Spice and Turbulence (at least for me)...

And there are many wicked artists outside Jamdown. VI reggae is a scene almost as impressing with names like Midnite, Dezarie, Abja, Bambú Station, Pressure Busspipe or Danny I. Some uk artists are not bad, Danny Red's Riddimwize comes to my mind as prime example of current uk roots. The same for The RasItes and their Urban Regenaration. Just listening to lil' american singer named Marlene Johnson and her hot new album (she also released absolutely delightful ep caled Runaway). Some powerful voices from FranceAfrica-Lyricson for example. Tiken Jah Fakoly is imho the most convincing conscious singer after Bob Marley.

I like what I've heard of Fantan Mojah, Lutan Fyah, Lukie D (which is basically what I've heard on BBC
Radio 1 Xtra!), also Tarrus Riley gets great reviews but I haven't heard much of his stuff so far...
