I'm looking to identify the original vocal tune on which both these DJ versions are cut:
"The Sir Is Back" Sir Harry & E Jarrett
"Down Deh" U Roy
The link below is to a sample of the version side of The Sir Is Back on which you can clearly here some of the original vocals. I didn't use the U Roy cut as that has the original vocals completely taken out.
I assume the E Jarrett referred to is the female singer and not Eccleton Jarret. I have a vague recollection of somebody once mentioning a singer called Elaine or Enid Jarret but I may be mistaken.

It's Euda Jarrett, whoever she is, and the tune is called You Hurt Me and it came on a yellow Top Form label from jamaica with red lettering. Don't know the U Roy to it though - any good?
